Currently we do not offer international shipping, but we will be soon!

 

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Need to modify your order? Simply reach out to us at supply@west-grove.co with your order number within 24 hours, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once a shipping confirmation has been issued, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please note that discounts and promotions cannot be applied to previous orders, and manual changes with discount codes are not possible.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the unique and hand made nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges on custom furniture orders. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at supply@west-grove.co within 24 hours of receiving it, and we'll be happy to assist you.
